Hybrid - Live Video Classes
These classes are a hybrid course and
have both traditional and distance education students
participating. The classes have a scheduled class time where
the instructor meets with the class for lecture and
instruction. The traditional students attend the class on
campus; while the distance education students watch the
classes live via streaming video. All students have the
ability to watch the archived class videos and access other
course content from the online classroom.
Online Classes
These classes are available only to the
distance education students and are conducted 100% online
via the online classroom. The online classes are
broken up into units; a unit will contain a variety of
assignments that the students have to complete within a
specified time period. Students are able to access and work
on assignments at anytime using the online classroom and
aren't restricted to a specified class time; however, some
instructors will have online meeting times, where groups of
students will be scheduled to interact with the instructor
live.
