For the last four days our Moodle system still had some remaining corrupted files from the Hackers attack that needed to be found and removed in order to regain normal functionality. This process has now been completed and "editing functionality" for instructors has been restored. Instructors can now update their classrooms and add more content and assignments.

Thank you for your patience while I got the Moodle Server back up and running.  Over the next couple of days, I will be tuning the system to insure that it is running the way it should be. There are a couple of bugs still floating around, which is to be expected after a complete system restore and rebuild. I will be correcting issues in the system over the next couple of days and I will prioritize them to fix the most severe issues first.

There was an attempt to hack the Moodle System the other night, and while the hackers were unable to gain access to the Moodle database some of Moodles Web based files were corrupted which is effecting administrative services on Moodle.

Moodle will undergo servicing Friday night from 7PM until Saturday Morning around 7AM. During this servicing period the Moodle system will be repaired. All current data on the system should be uneffected during servicing; however, all Moodle databases and uploaded content will be backed up if the need to restore arrises.
